If you don't protect your child who will protect you when your old and need protection. If you see someone not taking of their Children Give them a slap on the back of their head and tell them to wake-up your child needs you.
It wasn't their choice to come into the world--It was yours. So make it your choice too, to protect them.

a child is such a gift, people need to be made aware of signs of abuse and who to contact to share their concerns more and better trained human service people

A relative of mine was abused and she was afraid to tell anyone until she had someone she could open up too. Also because of all the sex offenders out there who abuse innocent children and traumatize them and scar them for the rest of their lives.

we need more safe houses/shelters for abused children also more options for safe recreation in our communities. I depended greatly on the library and the local park recreation center when I was a kid in trouble
