I would like my clicks to go to Alcoholics Anonymous. This 12 step step program and meetings has saved my live and helped me to get a better relationship with my family and has allowed me to have real friends, not drinking buddies. Due to this program, if by this grace of God I dont pick up, on November 22, I will have 9 years of being free from alcohol and drugs.
People deserve better lives, than what drugs can offer. If my click helps, wonderful.
They need to toughen up, simple as that, if liquor stores sell to someone that gets in drinking driving, fine them, if bartender, fine them, they should not be able to sell to under the influence, and laws are not strict enough on that, underage drinking toughen up. These laws to to become more strict, obviously losing a liscense does not stop people, take away there right to buy and purchase alcohol if they are in trouble on probation, stamp it on their picture ID, that this person is not allowed to drink in a bar, buy alcohol, Get Tough.
I am a recovering drug addict and Alcoholic myself and think lately this epidemic has been swept under the rug and is growing silently throughout all this political stuff and it is going to be a monstor when we turn around and look at it for what it is later on.
More Rehabilitation, and Helping people find the Lord.
More money pumped in to Rehabilitation centres to help combat these addictions.
Smoking, drugs, and alcohol hurt more than just the user: second hand smoke, altered - sometimes violent - behavior caused by drugs and drink, innocents killed in DUI/DWI accidents, theft/robbery/burglary to support habits. We need tougher laws for drug and alcohol related crimes - 1 strike and you're out in my book - more smoking bans - including around children even at home or in your car - and keep up with treatment centers

My b/f has been alcohol free for 21 months thanks to the West Care treatment centers. I think these centers are great and we need more in the United States....KLW
I am also a recovering alcoholic. I have been fighting this disease for half my life. I would like to see more treatment centers, they are loosing their funding and closing down. Only treatment can get a person detoxed and started to recovery. Thank You, Connie T
I, too am a recovering addict/alcoholic with bipolar disorder. I can't tell how bad it was then and how much happier I am now. I pray for and fervently wish that everyone could get the help they need and the support to stay clean and sober. We need to give people who want to recover more access to care and continual suppport.

i myself is recovering alcholholic, sober 7 years now, i know the horror in what can happen to people when they drink. i think the clicks used for each one another person is helped to stay clean or get clean
My dad was killed by a drunk driver, who thought he could drive and never hit anyone behind the wheel of his car. How wrong he was. I was cheated out of having my dad, who I loved very much. I have the awful memory of that fateful day that forever changed both my life and that of my mother and brother. Use my click to fight the good fight of faith, and help families that lose loved ones to drunks.
